Job Summary: The Community Specialist is responsible for executing the store’s community strategy, engaging with the community through relationship building, events, and other activities including supporting lululemon product seeding and attending local studios. They develop and sustain local key relationships with lululemon Ambassadors and other relevant community partners, providing synergistic value. The Community Specialist also delivers a world‑class guest (customer) experience on the floor, incorporating community perspective into the guest connection. Core Responsibilities Collaborate with store leadership to bring community strategy and guest experience to life. Establish and manage local key relationships (e.g., Ambassadors, Sweat Collective, studio owners, lululemon Studio partner studios) to increase guest acquisition and retention. Engage with the local community to identify future Ambassador or partner opportunities and to enhance the store’s standing as a community hub. Connect with guests on the floor to assess their unique needs, provide technical product education, and integrate omnichannel programs into a seamless guest experience. Attend, support, and/or host local and regional community events. Execute the product seeding strategy through community partners and Ambassadors. Review community‑relevant business data and metrics to identify and share insights and recommendations with store leadership regarding events, projects, or initiatives. Contribute to a respectful and inclusive team environment by welcoming and celebrating differences among all team members. Requirements Must be legally authorized to work in the country where the store is located. Must have reliable transportation to travel to the assigned store. Schedule & Availability Work schedule varies based on store needs. Typical shifts: mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays. During peak times, special events, or other circumstances, shifts may include early mornings or late nights/overnights. Experience 1 year of cumulative experience in customer service or engagement, grassroots marketing, brand engagement, or community building. Job Assets (Nice to Have) Education: high school diploma, GED, equivalent, or higher. Experience building or maintaining relationships with clients, groups, or partners; motivating team members to accomplish goals or activities. Work is accomplished as part of a team, sometimes independently, and may require use of computers or other technical devices. Compensation & Benefits Package Base Pay Range: $20.00 – $23.01 per hour (subject to local minimum wage). Target Bonus: $2.00 per hour. Total Target Base Pay Range: $22.00 – $25.01 per hour. lululemon’s compensation offerings are grounded in a pay‑for‑performance philosophy.
