Ensure associates become confident advocates for Meta AI Glasses. Drive mindshare by delivering engaging product training and supporting new product launches. Build momentum for Meta AI Glasses through consistent in‑store engagement. Build and strengthen retail partnerships by cultivating strong relationships with key decision‑makers and sales associates in major optical retailers. Act as a trusted technology advisor on product features, benefits, and use cases. Maximize product visibility by ensuring displays and demo kits are optimized and representative of Meta AI Glasses brand standards. Execute strategy and report results: implement brand advocacy strategies, track performance, analyze trends, report results, and recommend improvements. Qualifications Driven to deliver results—proven success achieving advocacy and training excellence in a fast‑paced specialty retail environment. Influential toward retail associates—strong communication skills and the ability to motivate partners, especially in optical settings. Situational adaptability—flexible and responsive to changing product needs, retailer priorities, and market conditions. Client‑ready professionalism—consistent professional presentation, appropriate business attire, and a polished, respectful demeanor while interacting with clients and partners. Problem‑solving aptitude—skilled at identifying issues, evaluating solutions, and implementing effective actions under pressure. Technical expertise—quick to learn and explain product features; proficient with mobile apps, device troubleshooting, and software updates. Additional Requirements Reliable personal transportation and active auto insurance. Valid driver’s license. Ability to travel daily to multiple stores and to complete occasional overnight or flight‑based assignments within the market. Physical ability to set up demo displays (lift 25 lbs or more) and use small tools such as drills. Participation in the in‑person and virtual training meetings.
