Security Officer Visitor Management in San Francisco, CA will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries, including healthcare. You will be the welcoming front desk presence, helping monitor access, observe and report security-related concerns, and deliver outstanding customer service and communication. Position Type: Full Time Pay Rate: $27.26 / Hour Job Schedule Mon: 02:30 PM – 11:00 PM Tue: 02:30 PM – 11:00 PM Fri: 02:30 PM – 11:00 PM Sat: 02:30 PM – 11:00 PM Sun: 02:30 PM – 11:00 PM What You’ll Do: Provide customer service to clients, patients, visitors, and staff by carrying out security‑related procedures, location‑specific policies, and/or emergency response activities as appropriate. Monitor front desk activity, greet and direct visitors, manage access procedures, and document arrivals, departures, and other security‑related information. Respond to incidents, urgent situations, and requests for assistance in a calm, professional, and problem‑solving manner, escalating concerns through established channels when needed. Support a welcoming healthcare location by helping to deter unauthorized access, observing lobby and entrance activity, and reporting unusual behavior or conditions. Answer phones, assist with general inquiries, and coordinate with location personnel regarding visitor management, deliveries, and other front desk responsibilities. Minimum Requirements: At least 1 year of security‑related experience is required. A guard card or license is preferred. Customer service experience is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
