Director OF Software Engineering

Soteria Reinsurance Ltd.

Fidelity is seeking a Director of Software Engineering to lead the design, development, and maintenance of mainframe, batch, and cloud-native applications in AWS and Azure, using Java and Spring Boot. You will set the technical direction, oversee multiple teams, and drive standardization across the firm.

You will mentor engineers, steer large-scale initiatives, and collaborate with senior management to advance the technology strategy and execution across business units.
