Help Desk Technician

Duration: 6–9-month contract w/ extensions Location: Canonsburg, PA Required Qualifications 1-3 years of experience with Windows OS support / Help Desk support Active Directory Experience Office 365 and MAC OS experience Ticketing experience Plusses- Servicenow Ticketing Experience Day to Day – Insight Global is seeking a Helpdesk tech for one of their simulation software engineering companies. This person will be sitting onsite in the Canonsburg location. 60% of their day will be doing ticketing and 40% of their day will be upkeep of end users and support. Some responsibilities will include – Provide tier-1 and tier-2 support to the end user either physically or through remote support tools Manage, create, respond to, and resolve Incidents and Service Requests adhering to pre-defined processes and SLA End User Support Adhere to documented Asset Management procedures and maintain accurate records in the CMDB Troubleshooting issues related to Microsoft Office tools including O365 and MS Teams Configuration and troubleshooting of basic issues related to (but not limited to) virtual machines, networks / network protocols, and Windows File Shares Assist with the onboarding and offboarding of employees (remote and in-person) Compensation: $19/hr to $24/hr. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
