URGENT NEED – RNFA (Perioperative Services)
Facility: Adventist Health Sierra Vista
Location: San Luis Obispo, CA
Setting: Acute Care Hospital | 162 Beds
Contract Length: 13 Weeks
Shift: Rotating 5x8s | Monday–Friday
6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
10:00 AM – 6:30 PM
Call Requirement:
Minimum 2 call shifts weekly
Every 3rd weekend required
Pay: $78 – $80/hr
Weekly Gross: $3,120 – $3,200/week
Active California RN License required
RNFA experience required (minimum 2 years)
ACLS required
BLS required
PALS required
CNOR preferred
Experience in spine, orthopedic, and robotic surgeries required
Operating Room experience required
Associate Degree in Nursing required
BSN preferred
Assist surgeons during operative procedures
Maintain sterile surgical environment and aseptic technique
Prepare and position surgical patients safely
Support perioperative patient care and documentation
Handle surgical equipment, tissue logs, and biohazard materials appropriately
Collaborate with surgical and anesthesia teams during procedures
