Job Description

• 
  Manage all phases of data center construction projects from preconstruction through turnover and commissioning
  
  



• 
  Develop and maintain project budgets, schedules, forecasts, and cost controls
  
  



• 
  Coordinate with owners, developers, design teams, consultants, subcontractors, and vendors
  
  



• 
  Lead project planning, procurement, contract administration, and risk management efforts
  
  



• 
  Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation
  
  



• 
  Monitor project performance and proactively address budget, schedule, and quality concerns
  
  



• 
  Partner closely with Superintendents and field teams to ensure successful project execution
  
  



• 
  Facilitate project meetings and maintain strong communication with all stakeholders
  
  



• 
  Oversee financial reporting, forecasting, and project controls
  
  



• 
  Ensure compliance with contract requirements, safety standards, and quality expectations

The Successful Applicant

• 
  Proven experience managing data center and/or mission-critical construction projects as a Project Manager
  
  



• 
  Willingness and ability to travel extensively based on project assignments
  
  



• 
  Strong understanding of project budgeting, scheduling, forecasting, and cost management
  
  



• 
  Experience managing subcontractors, procurement, and contract administration
  
  



• 
  Knowledge of critical infrastructure systems, MEP coordination, and commissioning processes preferred
  
  



• 
  Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and contracts
  
  



• 
  Excellent leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
