Title: HR Generalist Location: Indianapolis – north side Salary: 70k-80k Overview We’re looking for a versatile HR Generalist to support key HR functions, including payroll, benefits administration, employee relations, and talent acquisition. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a collaborative, fast‑moving environment. Responsibilities Support payroll processing and maintain accurate HRIS data (UKG) Assist with benefits enrollment, changes, and employee inquiries Provide guidance on HR policies and help address routine employee relations matters Support recruiting activities, including job postings, screening, scheduling, and onboarding Maintain employee records and assist with reporting and compliance tasks Qualifications 2–8 years of HR experience Working knowledge of payroll, benefits, employee relations, and recruiting UKG experience preferred #J-18808-Ljbffr Creative Financial Staffing, LLC
