Job Overvie wThe Infusion for Health Clinical Operations Manage r will play a crucial role in providing clinical leadership, managing day-to-day operations, and ensuring high-quality patient care within multiple ambulatory infusion centers. This leadership position will be responsible for managing a diverse team, including Registered Nurses, Licensed Vocational Nurses, Medical Assistants, and Mixologists, in delivering high-quality specialty infusions and injections to patients. This role is responsible for clinical oversite, recruiting & managing staff members, ensuring smooth clinic operations, and optimizing workflows. This role requires a combination of clinical expertise, leadership experience, and strong organizational skills to support the success of the teams managed. In this role you will be covering our clinics in Corona with consistent travel throughout all clinics. Must have an active Nurse Practitioner (NP) license in the state of California . DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILIT IESClinical Leadersh ip:Engages in remote and in-person supervision in collaboration with the Medical Director, including virtual case discussions, care-plan development, escalated patient issues & reactions, review of infusion protocols, and documentation audi ts.Ensure that clinical protocols are being followed, and patient safety is prioritiz ed.Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans, ensuring individualized, evidenced-based ca re.Review and sign off on treatment notes and patient documentation for accuracy and complian ce.Occasionally provide direct patient care when required to ensure patient care needs are met or to demonstrate clinical skills for sta nt:Manage a team of healthcare professionals, including RNs, LVNs, MAs, and mixologists, across multiple clinic locatio ns.Lead in the interviewing and hiring process of new team employe es.Conduct regular performance reviews, coaching sessions, and 1:1s to ensure the team is supported, collaborating effectively, and meeting individual & organizational expectatio ns.Provide leadership and training in fostering a collaborative and positive team culture, encouraging continuous learning and improveme nt.Operational Manageme nt:Oversee the daily operations of multiple ambulatory infusion clinics, ensuring efficient workflows and patient care delive ry.Monitor clinic schedules, staffing, and resource allocation to optimize safety, productivity and patient experien ce.Maintain compliance with organizational standards, regulatory requirements, and industry best practic es.Track and analyze clinic performance data, ensuring that key metrics (e.g., patient satisfaction, clinical outcomes, operational efficiency) are consistently m et.Develop and implement strategies to improve clinic performance and patient care delive ry.Perform audits of inventory management and supplies, ensuring compliance with regulatory requiremen ts.Quality Assurance and Complian ce:Monitor and maintain compliance with regulatory standards, polices, and procedur es.Assist with the implementation of quality improvement initiativ es.Lead the preparation efforts and assist in day of activities or regulatory audits and accreditation site surve ys.Conduct on-site visits to each of the clinics at least once a month to observe workflo ws,meet with team members one on one, and provide on-the-ground suppo rt.Offer real-time coaching and mentoring to staff, with a focus on continuous process improvement and enhancing patient ca re.QUALIFICATIONS & SKI LLSStrong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a te am.Ability to manage complex clinical and operational issues in a fast-paced environme nt.Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabiliti es.Keen assessment and monitoring skills; ability to identify medication reactions quick ly.Skilled at performing intravenous catheter placement and monitoring for signs and symptoms of infusion related complicatio ns.Competent in the care, use, and maintenance of central lin es.Able to demonstrate infection control precautions and sterile techniq ue.Possess knowledge of IV medications, biologics, fluids, and blood componen ts.Skilled in drawing labs using aseptic techniq ue.Ability to engage effectively in partnership with referring providers, deescalate challenging patient situations, and respond to grievances assuring the highest level of service to our partners and patien ts.Strong computer skills, including word processing, efficient use of the internet and email, and experience with Electronic Medical Records (EM R).EDUCATION & EXPERIE NCEMaster’s degree in Nursing (NP) from an accredited progr am.Current Nurse Practitioner licensure in the state(s) of practi ce.Minimum of 5 years of clinical experience, preferably in infusion therapy or related special ty.2 years in healthcare leadership or management role preferr ed.Proven experience working with, influencing, and managing individuals with different licenses andscope of practi ce.Basic Life Support (BLS) requi redAmerican Academy of Nurse Practitioner Certified Board (AANPCB) or American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC) requi #J-18808-Ljbffr
