Senior Creative

Our client, a leading social and creator-driven advertising agency, is seeking a Senior Creative to join their growing team. This role is ideal for a self-motivated, culturally plugged-in creative who is obsessed with helping brands connect to consumers through influencers and creators. The Senior Creative will be a key senior member of the team, responsible for developing original ideas across the agency's biggest and most complex briefs, mentoring junior talent, and advocating for creativity across the organization. The ideal candidate has a proven background as an Art Director, Copywriter, or Creative Strategist with deep fluency in social, creator culture, and what great content looks like today — and tomorrow.This is a full-time role reporting into an ACD. Hybrid, 2 days a week in office. Salary $100-125k.Responsibilities:Develop original, culture-first creative ideas across brand social, creator channels, and beyond — working simultaneously across a variety of brands, audiences, and markets.Lead the creative process with full autonomy from initial briefing through production and final delivery, structuring and presenting ideas in a compelling narrative format.Develop creator-led concepts that give enough direction to inspire while leaving room for authentic creator voice and creative contribution.Stay deeply tapped into culture — tracking emerging trends, identifying which creators are defining the next wave, and ensuring brand work is always culturally relevant and ahead of the curve.Set creative direction and provide feedback on smaller creative tasks to designers and junior creatives.Mentor junior creative talent when needed, guiding career progression and helping them achieve their strongest work.Play a vocal role in agency-wide knowledge sharing, inspiring the broader team to push for greater creativity across all responses.Build strong, trusted creative relationships with key clients, serving as their go-to expert on creativity and creator-led marketing.Collaborate effectively with Strategists, Client Leads, Producers, and Project Managers on a day-to-day basis.Required Qualifications:4+ years of creative experience developing original ideas across brand social, creator channels, and broader marketing channels.Proven background as an Art Director, Copywriter, or Creative Strategist with a portfolio demonstrating scroll-stopping, culture-first creative work.Deep knowledge of the creator and influencer landscape — who's shaping culture, what they create, and how to work with them effectively.Strong understanding of social and digital media channels, including emerging and less mainstream platforms such as Reddit and Discord.Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and AI tools including Midjourney, Gemini, Claude, ChatGPT, or similar.Experience presenting ideas clearly and compellingly, typically in Google Slides.Comfortable working across a variety of brands, audiences, and markets simultaneously.Proficiency in animation and motion graphics is a plus but not required.High attention to detail with the ability to meet tight deadlines in a fast-moving environment.Compensation and Benefits:Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision coverageOpportunities for career growth and developmentIf you meet the required qualifications and are interested in this role, please apply today.The Solomon Page DistinctionSolomon Page offers a comprehensive benefit program for hourly employees.
