Production Operator – 3rd Shift
Lingo Staffing is Now Hiring for Production Operator – 3rd Shift in Hartville, OH Hours:
1st Shift – 11:30pm – 8:00am Days: Monday – Friday Pay: $16.00/hr (all shifts)
We are seeking motivated and responsible Machine Operators for a strong manufacturing company in Hartville, OH. Strong applicants would be people who are looking for a consistent, full-time, 40 hours a week work opportunity that will help them launch their career in production and in the manufacturing industry. Candidates must be punctual, detail-orientated, coachable, and genuinely care about the quality of their work. These positions offer longevity, stability, and the chance to plant roots at a strong established company.
Job Requirements: * 1-2 years of experience in machine operations * Ability to read and follow written and verbal work instructions * Strong attention to detail, dependable, and punctual * A desire for longevity at an established and strong manufacturing company * High School Diploma or GED preferred * Must be willing to comply with a national background check Physical Requirements:
- Walking approximately 2.5+ miles per day
- Standing the entire shift
- Bend, twist, stand stoop, and lift 45lbs
