We are seeking a warm, professional, and dependable Full-Time Concierge to serve as a welcoming face of our community and help create an exceptional experience for our residents, families, visitors, and team members. As our Concierge, you’ll play an important role in creating a positive, inviting atmosphere where residents feel valued, families feel supported, and visitors feel welcome. What You’ll Do Customer Service and Reception Provide consistent telephone coverage and respond to inquiries in a timely, professional manner. Greet residents, guests, prospective employees, vendors, suppliers, and other visitors warmly and professionally, both in person and by phone. Address questions and resolve concerns with tact, patience, and sound judgment while supporting organizational objectives and maintaining positive relationships. Maintain visitor sign-in logs or electronic visitor management systems. Front Desk and Community Operations Receive and distribute packages, document deliveries in the appropriate log, and notify residents of package arrivals. Keep the lobby and reception area clean, organized, welcoming, and free of clutter. Prepare maintenance work orders at the request of residents and staff. Assist with resident sign-in for Life Enrichment events and other community activities as needed. Administrative Support Prepare notices, documents, and materials for display on the community’s internal television channel. Assist Leadership with special projects, administrative tasks, and other assignments as needed. Our ideal candidate is friendly, dependable, detail-oriented, and enjoys helping others. To be successful in this role, you should have: Proficiency in English, with the ability to read, write, understand, and communicate simple instructions, correspondence, and memoranda. Excellent telephone etiquette and professional communication skills. The ability to communicate effectively one-on-one and in small-group settings with customers, clients, and coworkers. The ability to resolve routine problems involving a limited number of variables in standardized situations. Strong multitasking and organizational skills, with the ability to balance individual responsibilities and teamwork. A responsive, service-oriented approach to resident and visitor needs. Basic computer skills. A positive attitude, a professional demeanor, and a genuine desire to make others feel welcome.
