Cardroom Server

A successful server will be fully knowledgeable of the menu so they can inform customers of daily specials, answer questions and make recommendations when needed. Servers are expected to write customers' food orders on order slips and enter orders into computers for transmittal to kitchen staff. Guest service is of the utmost importance. We take pride in our guests and the service we give them on a daily basis. We hope that with your help we can reach the next level of customer service. Servers should expect to roll silverware, set up and prepare for next shift, buss tables when needed after customers have finished dining. Servers should be able to build a positive rapport with our guests. Servers should have the ability to work with a team and portray an upbeat attitude during shift. Serving knowledge is a plus but what is more important is a commitment to yourself to be as good as you possibly can at displaying a positive, can-do attitude. High school diploma, G.E.D., or equivalent. Open availability. Must be able to work evenings, weekends and holidays. GAMING SERVERS and BARTENDERS MUST BE 21 YEARS OLD Must provide evidence of employment eligibility in the U.S. Must be able to pass a mandatory drug test and criminal background check. Physical and mental requirements Must be able to lift and carry tools, supplies, and inventory up to 50 pounds. Must be able to walk, stand, and bend at neck for 6 or more hours a day. Position will require repetitive use of hands for the following actions; simple and power grasping, fine manipulation, pushing & pulling and reaching for entire shift. Position may require exposure to excessive noise, exposure to dust, gas, flames, chemicals, exposure to extremes in temperature, humidity or wetness.
