Responsibilities

- Assemble, fabricate, test, and package medical devices following strict Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and quality guidelines
- Set up, operate, maintain, and troubleshoot manufacturing equipment
- Conduct quality inspections to ensure compliance with specifications
- Accurately interpret and follow written specifications in English
- Rotate through various tasks and responsibilities as needed to support production goals
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
- Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to meet deadlines
- Adhere to scheduled shifts, including flexible and extended hours as required

Required Skills and Experience

- High school diploma or equivalent
- 0-1 year manufacturing assembly experience (preference given to those with prior manufacturing background)
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to read, write, interpret, and comprehend English instructions and perform basic math
- Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity
- Capable of using measurement tools such as microscopes
- 20/30 vision (with/without corrective lenses) and ability to pass a color vision exam (eye exam required pre-hire)
- Capable of standing, walking, and sitting for extended periods; occasionally able to lift/move 50 lbs

Preferred Skills

- Previous experience in medical device assembly or regulated manufacturing environments
- Demonstrated teamwork in a fast-paced production setting
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and responsibilities
