About the Opportunity

We are looking for motivated, ambitious individuals to join our team as Management Trainees .

This position provides hands-on experience in sales, customer engagement, team development, and business operations . Management Trainees begin by learning the fundamentals of the sales process and customer acquisition before taking on additional training, leadership, and team development responsibilities.

What You’ll Do

\n

\n
• Gain hands-on experience in sales and customer acquisition
\n
• Represent products and services through direct, face-to-face customer interactions
\n
• Build relationships with prospective customers
\n
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products and services
\n
• Educate customers on available products, services, promotions, and benefits
\n
• Develop effective sales strategies and communication techniques
\n
• Work toward individual and team sales goals
\n
• Track personal performance and sales results
\n
• Participate in ongoing sales, product, leadership, and management training
\n
• Work alongside leadership to learn daily business operations
\n
• Assist with training and supporting newer team members as you progress
\n
• Develop skills in coaching, team development, and performance management
\n
• Take on additional leadership responsibilities based on performance and development
\n

What We’re Looking For

Previous sales or leadership experience is helpful but not required . We provide hands-on training for individuals who demonstrate strong potential and a willingness to learn.
