Production Supervisor - 1st Shift

Position Summary The Production Supervisor I oversees the day‑to‑day activities of a small production team, ensuring operations run smoothly and efficiently. This entry‑level supervisory role supports team success while learning under the guidance of senior managers and following production plans. Key Responsibilities Supervise frontline production staff and daily operations. Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and productivity standards. Monitor production schedules and adjust resources as needed. Work under close supervision of higher management and execute decisions made by senior leaders. Qualifications High school diploma or GED required. Associate degree or technical certification preferred. 1–3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment. Basic leadership or team‑lead experience. Familiarity with production equipment and processes.
