Infrastructure Engineer

We are looking for an Infrastructure Engineer to join our Information Technology (IT) team to enhance our operations and propel our clients' customers' (we call them members) experience. Our office is in Cranbury, NJ but the job involves travel to our customers' locations within a 30-mile radius of the office.

• 7+ years of hands-on experience in systems and network engineering and administration.
• Expert-level knowledge of common devices and platforms in all aspects of an infrastructure operation such as a Managed Service Provider (MSP).
• Expertise in Windows Server (2016/2019/2022) and Linux environments
• Strong experience with firewalls (Fortinet, Cisco ASA/Firepower), Load Balancers, Domain Controllers, Switches, Routers, Security devices.
• Deep understanding of routing and switching protocols (BGP, OSPF, EIGRP, STP, HSRP, VRRP).
• Proficiency in network monitoring and management tools including experience with network automation and scripting
• Familiarity with cloud networking (AWS, Azure, GCP) and hybrid environments.
• Strong understanding of network security principles and compliance standards (PCI-DSS, SOX, ISO 27001).
• Strong experience with virtualization platforms: VMware vSphere/ESXi
• Proficiency in all things Microsoft - Office 365, Azure, Teams etc.
• Experience with enterprise storage (HP, Dell / EMC).
• Deep knowledge of Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, PKI, and PowerShell scripting.
