• Experience: Minimum 3 years in a similar setting
• Licensure & Certifications: CA Controlled Substance Education Course, DEA license (active), Furnishing License (NPs), Board Certified or Eligible in Family Practice, ACLS, BLS, PALS certifications

• Hourly Pay Rate: $1.00/hour

What You'll Do:

• Provide primary care services to pediatric and adult patients
• Manage chronic pain and acute conditions
• Conduct patient assessments, physical exams, and health histories
• Document patient encounters and chart closure within 72 hours
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality care
• Follow practice protocols and maintain compliance with state and federal regulations
• Support health education and preventive care initiatives

What You Need:

• Active California medical license
• CA Controlled Substance Education Course Certificate (for PAs)
• Furnishing License with Schedules II (for NPs)
• DEA license (active before start date)
• At least 3 years of experience in a similar clinical setting
• Excellent communication and clinical skills
