Ready to trade the high-volume retail grind for a "white-glove" clinical environment? Rx Relief is seeking a meticulous and patient-focused Pharmacist for a premier Non-Sterile Compounding facility near Palm Beach.

How You'll Make an Impact
In this role, you aren't just verifying orders; you are a clinical consultant and a quality gatekeeper.
Elevated Patient Care: Provide personalized medication counseling and "white-glove" clinical support to ensure patients feel confident in their customized therapies.
Quality Assurance: Perform the final verification of customized, non-sterile compounded medications with 100% accuracy.
Lab Leadership: Supervise and mentor lab technicians, maintaining a culture of precision and safety.
Regulatory Rigor: Ensure every formulation and process adheres strictly to USP <795> standards and state regulations.
The Requirements
We're looking for a professional who treats compounding as both a science and an art.
Experience: At least 1 year of previous experience specifically in non-sterile compounding.
Licensure: An active, clear Pharmacist license in the state of Florida.
Knowledge: Deep familiarity with USP <795> guidelines and specialized compounding software.
Communication: Ability to provide high-level, empathetic clinical consultations.
