Job Description: The Pharmacist is responsible for the interpretation and dispensing of medication orders including proper handling, usage, and storage of drugs in the pharmacy. The position available REQUIRES sterile compounding experience and is a Full Time position working Monday through Friday. The Pharmacist will work closely with the Pharmacist-In-Charge for all compounding and regulatory compliance oversight. Duties and Responsibilities: Prepare and compound sterile medications according to standards and regulations Maintain compliance with all state and federal pharmacy laws and regulations Adhere to USP 795, 797, and 800 guidelines for compounding and safety Maintain sterile environment protocols and equipment Conduct quality control checks and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements Adhere to SOPs for compounding and documentation Perform stability and sterility testing as applicable Train pharmacy staff and interns in compounding techniques Lead and oversee Compounding Pharmacy Technicians in a daily capacity Manage inventory for compounding materials and supplies Optimize resource utilization to minimize waste Stay up to date with the latest advancements in compounding Perform all job duties with a friendly, positive, and team-oriented approach Comply with all company policies, procedures, rules and standards Knowledge and Skills: Ability to cope with varied levels of workload and multiple tasks Must be able to work in a changing environment as the company grows Accurate data entry and verification skills Strong time management and organizational skills Excellent communication skills, both orally and in writing Willingness to be a team player and promote a positive team environment Excellent attention to detail Flexible and proactive to meet varied customers and company needs Self-motivated and able to work independently Strong interpersonal and people skills Experience and Qualifications: Must have State of Florida Registered Pharmacist license in good standing, additional state licenses desirable At least 2+ years experience in sterile compounding Experience and knowledge of USP 795, 797 and 800 Board Certification in Sterile Compounding preferred 503A and/or 503B pharmacy compounding experience preferred Non-sterile compounding experience preferred Pay/ Compensation: $58-62/hour ($120,640 - $128,960 base salary) Benefits: 401 (k) Insurance – Medical, Dental, Vision Paid time off Schedule: 8:30am - 5pm, weekends as needed Work Location: In-Person at our West Palm Beach, FL location.
