Job Qualifications & Experience
Education:
- Preferred: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
- Certification in Windows Server (win2016 and above)
- Certifications in Azure (minimum of AZ104)
Experience:
- 10 years IT Experience
- 5+ years of experience within an IT Operations Role
- 5+ years of experience working with Cloud Computing
- 5+ years of hands on experience supporting Enterprise level information systems
- 5+ years of hands on experience supporting cloud virtualization solutions
- 5+ years of hands on experience supporting vCenter/HyperV
- 5+ years of hands on experience supporting Azure infrastructure
- Hands on experience supporting migrations from on-prem to Azure Cloud
- Hands on experience supporting Networking and virtualization technologies (overlay / underlay, vswitching, routing, firewall, vpn, etc)
- 5 years of experience in development and delivery of IT systems design and implementation
Other Knowledge, Skills, Abilities or Certifications:
Experience in migrating services to Public Cloud (Azure)
Soft Skills Required
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Strong communication skills
- Strong client-service orientation
- A positive attitude and the ability to thrive in a collaborative environment
- Ability to collaborate effectively at all levels and functions
