Dell Territory Sales Representative

Job Summary Brand Representative for Dell in Market – Dell FSM – Union, NJ. Responsibilities include building relationships, promoting Dell products, maintaining brand standards, engaging customers and training store personnel. Responsibilities Work Tuesday–Saturday with a flexible schedule. Refresh product displays quarterly. Earn incentives based on sales goal performance. Build partnerships and trust with stakeholders in stores. Educate retail associates on latest Dell offerings. Inspect maintain Dell retail brand standards. Travel within assigned territory to visit retailers. Qualifications High school diploma or GED. 6+ months previous retail selling experience in consumer electronics or technical/wireless products. 6+ months of successful training experience in direct marketing/retail environments. Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation and interpersonal skills. Consultative selling ability that overcomes objections and connects to customer needs. Strong analytical skills and customer service orientation. Strong multi‑tasking, time‑management and attention to detail. Ability to work independently in an unstructured environment. Travel within 70 miles of Ideal Market Zip Code with occasional travel to other markets. Must have reliable transportation and required auto insurance. Compensation and Benefits $19.50 per hour (market adjustment). Weekly pay with next‑day on‑demand pay via DailyPay. Annual incentive up to $4,000 paid quarterly. Paid virtual training, benefits, and 401(k). Company‑provided Dell PC device after orientation. Paid travel time and mileage, paid time off. $30/month cell‑phone reimbursement.
