1. Full-Time Evening Supervisor ( salaried ): Up to $93K/year (approx. $44.71/hr.)

2. Part-Time Weekends Evening Supervisor ( hourly ): $38.00 - $48.00 per hour (based on experience and licensure)

NOW HIRING: 2 POSITIONS AVAILABLE:

1. RN/LPN NURSE EVENING SUPERVISOR (FT)

2. RN/LPN NURSE EVENING WEEKEND SUPERVISOR (PT)

SHIFT OPTIONS:

1. Evening 3pm - 11pm (Second Shift Nurse Supervisor)

2. Evening Weekends

RN/LPN NURSE SUPERVISOR Responsibilities:

• Oversee and coordinate the nursing staff during weekend shifts.

• Ensure high standards of care for residents.

• Address and resolve any issues or emergencies that arise.

• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to support resident care plans.

• Maintain a safe and healthy environment for residents and staff.

RN/LPN NURSE SUPERVISOR Qualifications:

• Active/ Valid RN/ LPN license in the state of NJ.

• MUST have 2+ years of nurse leadership experience in an LTC setting

• Strong leadership and communication skills.

• Experience in a long-term care setting.

• Communicative, hard-working, reliable

• Team mindset, strong clinical skills

• Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
