Salary Range: $60,000 - 70,000 /yearly About The Current Open Role Roy Foss is looking for a friendly, organized andpeople-focused People & Culture Specialist to help create a great employeeexperience across our dealerships. This role plays an important part in helpingemployees feel welcomed, supported and set up for success — from their firstday through key moments in their employee journey. As part of the People & Culture team, you will supportday-to-day HR administration across the employee lifecycle, includingonboarding and offboarding, employee records, leave and return-to-workdocumentation, benefits and compensation updates, recruitment administration,training coordination, engagement activities, health and safety, compliancefollow-up and general employee support. What We're Looking For Support corePeople & Culture processes across the employee lifecycle, includingonboarding, reboarding, offboarding, employee documentation, leaves,accommodations, benefits and employee changes. Maintain accurateHR4 records, employee files, reports, dashboards, organization charts,templates and compliance documentation. Help coordinatetraining, certifications, health and safety administration, employee engagementsurveys, recognition events, newsletters, town halls and Roy’s Club activities. Provideadministrative support for recruitment, including postings, interviewcoordination, candidate communication, background/reference check tracking andoffer-letter support. Support employeesand managers with day-to-day questions, documentation requests, follow-up,process guidance and ad hoc People & Culture projects. What You'll Bring Experience in HR,administration or a people support role. Strongorganization, attention to detail and follow-through. A friendly,professional and confidential approach.
