Job Opening: Bookkeeper/Tax Preparer (QuickBooks Proficient)
Charlotte, NC (Hybrid)

We’re seeking a detail-oriented Bookkeeper/Tax Preparer with strong experience in QuickBooks to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, reliable, and confident managing multiple client accounts and tax filings.

Responsibilities:

Maintain accurate financial records using QuickBooks (Desktop and/or Online)
Perform monthly bank and credit card reconciliations
Prepare and file quarterly and annual tax returns (individuals and small businesses)
Process payroll and sales tax filings as needed
Assist with year-end closings and financial reports
Communicate with clients regarding documentation and deadlines

Requirements:

2+ years bookkeeping and tax preparation experience
Proficiency in QuickBooks
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and tax regulations
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple client accounts independently
