Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse - Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct and individualized nursing care to neonates in the NICU.
• Monitor and document the condition and treatment of neonates.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Assist with procedures and utilize advanced equipment in the care of neonates.
• Ensure compliance with established standards of care and policies.
• Float between units to provide care to patients under age 2 on pediatric units as needed.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in Washington state or compact state.
• Minimum of 2 years of NICU nursing experience required.
• BLS and NRP certifications required.
• Experience with Epic charting system.
• Ability to work variable weekends as required.
• Demonstrated proficiency in specialized NICU procedures and equipment.
