Responsibilities Patrol the school campus and adjacent property to ensure school security and pupil safety. Supervise pupils on campus and at school activities. Assist in the enforcement of rules and regulations. Position Specifics Working Location: 4345 54th Street, San Diego, CA 92115 (Area F) Work Schedule: 10 months per year / 40 hours per week. Salary: $19.65 to $24.48 per hour (per Paraeducator Salary Schedule, Grade 026). Positions 20 hours per week or greater qualify for district‑paid health and wellness benefits for the employee and eligible dependents. Positions requiring bilingual skills will offer a 5% bilingual differential and may require a performance test for oral and written fluency. Minimum Qualifications High school graduation or equivalent. At least one year of experience working with youth in an organized setting, and/or security guard experience is desirable. Bilingual verbal, written, and translation skills may be required for some positions.
