Why Work Here Stable, growing organization with multiple divisions and steady project pipeline Supportive leadership team with strong employee tenure and low turnover Collaborative HR/payroll environment with opportunities for long-term growth Fast-paced operation where every day is different Company invests in process improvements and technology enhancements Autonomy to own your responsibilities while being supported by leadership Responsibilities of Payroll Specialist Process weekly payroll for union and non-union employees across multiple divisions Assist with prevailing wage payroll reporting and compliance Maintain accurate payroll records, employee deductions, and garnishments Review and verify employee hours, timecards, and job allocations Respond to employee payroll questions in a timely and professional manner Partner with HR and operations teams to ensure payroll accuracy and compliance Assist with certified payroll reporting and union documentation as needed Preferred Skillsets 1–3 years of payroll, HR, or administrative experience preferred Exposure to union payroll or prevailing wage is a plus, but not required Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a deadline-driven environment Comfortable managing multiple priorities across different divisions Can be a team player Pay is up to $30/h #J-18808-Ljbffr
