Accounts Payable Specialist (Hybrid)
$24 - $27 per hourBehavioral Health Network
Pay or shift range: $24 USD to $27 USD. The estimated range is the budgeted amount for this position. Final offers are based on various factors, including skill set, experience, location, qualifications and other job-related reasons. We are also proud to be a Certified Great Place to Work. We are looking for an accounts payable specialist to join our growing team in our Springfield, MA location. What You’ll Do: The Accounts Payable Specialist is responsible for the timely processing and payment of vendor invoices, credit card statements, and employee expense reimbursements. Key Responsibilities Reviews and codes all invoices in accounting system for approval prior to payment. Responds to all vendor inquiries. Assists in month-end closing. Processes check requests on a weekly basis. Enters employee expense reimbursements into the accounting system for payment. Reviews A/P aging report and communicates aged payables and issues with invoices and/or vendor payments.
