Full-Time-40 Asheville, NC, US 5 days ago Requisition ID: 1167 Salary Range: $45,000.00 To $60,000.00 Annually Job Summary: Mercy Urgent Care, Western North Carolina’s only nonprofit urgent care network, is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to support day-to-day marketing operations and help connect our communities to compassionate, high-quality care. What You'll Do: Coordinate development, review, and delivery of marketing assets and campaigns across email, website, and social media Maintain and update website content, online forms, and digital materials Assist with content creation (blogs, email, social, print) that reflects Mercy’s voice and mission Monitor and respond to online reviews and digital inquiries in a timely, professional manner Support community events, networking, and outreach activities that build awareness of Mercy services Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to keep projects on time and on brand What We’re Looking For: Associate’s or Bachelor’s in marketing, communications, business, or related field preferred High school diploma or equivalent required Strong writing, organization, and attention to detail Experience with social media, websites, or digital marketing tools is a plus (entry-level candidates encouraged to apply) Mission-driven, adaptable, eager to learn, and aligned with Mercy’s values of sacredness of life, human dignity, mercy, justice, service, and excellence What We Offer: Competitive salary range: 45,000–60,000 annually, depending on experience Medical, dental, and vision insurance Options for Health Savings Account (HSA) and Direct Primary Care Life and accidental insurance Short and long-term disability Employee Assistance Program 403(b) retirement plan with up to 4% employer match (after one year of service) Access to financial planning Paid time off (over 130 hours accrued in your first year) Paid parental leave Adoption assistance Loan repayment program eligibility (PSLF) Referral Bonus Program Why Mercy Urgent Care Mercy Urgent Care is the only dedicated and mission-driven nonprofit urgent care network in the region.
