What Where Marketing Executive, Retail Business (1-Year Contract) This role is ideal for a proactive marketer with experience in managing partnership, developing reseller programs, and executing data-driven marketing campaigns. Job Responsibilities Lead and execute key partnership initiatives, ensuring programs deliver measurable impact and align with company objectives Design and manage programs that enable and support resellers with the tools and resources to succeed Maintain and grow partnerships and customer base, exploring new opportunities preparing tailored proposals to secure potential partners Drive integrated campaigns for customer acquisition, leveraging data analysis skills to interpret findings Ensuring the fulfillment process for each initiative Working with internal and external partners to ensure the success of program, including integration of communication Track and analyse campaign metrics, reseller performance and program outcomes, providing actionable insights Manage campaign budgets, monitor spending efficiency, and ensure CPA targets are met Maintain current knowledge of industry practices and keep up to date with trends to apply creative thinking that will ensure a competitive edge Identify areas for improvement and work as a team to address issues while providing solutions for better experience Degree in Business/ Marketing or related field At least 2 years of experience in sales and marketing or similar roles Client-facing experience, strategic thinking with knowledge and ability to work with partners Experience in business development, project management and account management Some analytical skills with experience and familiarity with marketing tools (e.g. Google Analytics) Some level of proficiency in data analysis to interpret trends and derive actionable insights Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); familiarity with marketing platforms (e.g. MailChimp, GoogleAds, etc) and Canva is a bonus Team-oriented with strong interpersonal skills Possesses a proactive, can-do attitude with results-oriented mindset This role is based in our HQ office at Somerset.
