The ideal candidate will possess extensive development experience, a profound understanding of software engineering principles, and a proven track record of delivering scalable, high-quality solutions. In this mid-level role, you will work collaboratively with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to ensure the timely and effective delivery of software projects. Active SECRET Security Clearance required.Responsibilities:Design, develop, and maintain software applications, ensuring alignment with business and technical requirementsParticipate in architectural design decisions and contribute to software design patterns and frameworksWork closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers and QA engineers, to deliver software on time and within scopeWrite clean, efficient, and maintainable code while adhering to coding standards and best practicesConduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure high-quality software deliveryDebug, troubleshoot, and resolve software issues in a timely manner, identifying root causes and implementing effective solutionsCollaborate in Agile development processes, including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectivesStay current with new technologies, tools, and industry trends, and apply them to ongoing development projectsAssist in mentoring and supporting junior developers, providing guidance on coding practices and problem-solving Qualifications:Required: Active SECRET Security Clearance required.Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field5+ years of experience in software developmentProficiency in one or more programming languages such as Pythons, SQL, Java, C#, or JavaScriptStrong understanding of relational databases, such as Oracle, PostgreSQL, MySQLExperience with transforming complex datasets into actionable business intelligence using interactive Tableau dashboardsExperience with front-end frameworks (React, Angular, or Vue.js) and back-end technologies (Node.js, .NET, Java)Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud for application deploymentSolid experience with Agile methodologies and version control tools (e.g., Git)Strong problem-solving, debugging, and troubleshooting skillsKnowledge of software development best practices, including secure coding and performance optimization Must be able to work onsite daily in Norco, CAMust be a U.S. CitizenDesired:Ability to analyze large datasets to uncover trends and drive strategic decisionsBackground in statistics/mathematics preferredUnderstanding of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practicesPrior experience mentoring junior developers and contributing to technical design discussions-What You Can Expect: A culture of integrity.At CACI, we place character and innovation at the center of everything we do.
