Administrative Assistant
Immediate need for a talented Administrative Assistant with experience in the Logistic Industry. This is a 6+ Months contract opportunity with long-term potential and is located in Rexburg, ID. Please review the job description below.
Key Responsibilities and Technology Experience:
- General office duties may include word processing, data entry, auditing documents, answering phones, distributing mail, maintaining calendars, making travel arrangements, reserving conference rooms, coordinating meetings and other duties as assigned.
- Administrative duties including answering the phone and helping customers.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
