Technical Product Manager - Must have Qualtrics

We are looking for a strong Technical Product Manager with hands-on experience in Voice of Customer (VoC) products , ideally with Qualtrics , to join at very short notice. The candidate should be technically strong and capable of driving product strategy, execution, and stakeholder collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

• Own product strategy, roadmap, and execution for Voice of Customer / Customer Experience products .
• Work closely with customers and business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into product capabilities.
• Manage product backlog, user stories, prioritization, and release planning.
• Partner with engineering and technical teams to drive end-to-end product delivery.
• Analyze customer feedback and insights to identify opportunities for product enhancement.
• Define product KPIs and measure customer/business impact.
• Communicate product vision, roadmap, priorities, and progress to senior stakeholders.

Mandatory Skills

• Strong Technical Product Management experience.
• Hands-on experience with Voice of Customer (VoC) / Customer Experience (CX) products .
• Qualtrics experience is highly preferred.
• Strong understanding of product lifecycle, roadmap management, and Agile methodologies.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to work closely with engineering teams and understand technical architecture/integrations.

Preferred Profile

• Immediate joiner or candidate available at very short notice .
• Experience managing enterprise Customer Experience / VoC platforms .
