Job Description & Skill Requirements:
Key responsibilities:
- Perform upgrade impact analysis, customization validation, integration validation, regression testing, and post-deployment stabilization activities.
- Perform 3DEXPERIENCE releases; upgrade methodologies, and migration best practices.
- Collaborate effectively with business users, functional teams, technical teams, and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
Required Qualifications:
- 5-8 years of related experience.
- Strong experience in 3DEXPERIENCE platform customization, administration, upgrade, and migration projects.
- Strong troubleshooting skills with experience in L2/L3 application support, defect analysis, root cause analysis (RCA), and performance issue resolution.
Qualification:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
