Client Advocate

Engaging with prospective clients, the full-time Client Advocate will provide exceptional customer service and support by answering high-volume inbound calls, connecting individuals to financial counseling resources, and maintaining accurate client data in a remote work environment. Key responsibilities Answer 80-100 inbound calls daily, delivering timely email support and managing assigned tasks Schedule appointments for prospective clients with Financial Counselors and triage incoming calls from existing clients Professionally intake and review client complaints while maintaining strict confidentiality regarding client financial information Required qualifications Ability to type 40 WPM at 80% accuracy Strong customer service skills, preferably with call center experience Professionalism and empathy when interacting with clients experiencing financial stress U.S. Citizenship required due to contract requirements Ability to follow structured workflows and meet performance expectations
