✨ The Role

We’re searching for an organized, confident, compassionate Billing & Scheduling Coordinator who loves helping people and making things run smoothly.

This is more than a front desk position. You’ll play an important role in the entire patient experience—from that first phone call to scheduling care, managing accounts, discussing finances, and making sure patients know what comes next.

What You’ll Do

✨ Coordinate scheduling to create productive, balanced days.

✨ Manage billing, patient accounts, payments, and financial conversations with accuracy and compassion.

✨ Help patients understand treatment recommendations, financial expectations, and next steps.

✨ Create a warm, exceptional experience from the first phone call through checkout.

✨ Follow up, problem-solve, and keep important details from falling through the cracks.

✨ Work closely with our doctors and clinical team to keep the practice running smoothly.

Dental billing, coding, and scheduling experience is a major plus , but personality, work ethic, willingness to learn, and finding the right fit for our team matter too.
