Responsibilities: Initiating and receiving client calls to address inquiries and provide assistance Scheduling appointments with clients who have requested information about our benefits Conducting Zoom video calls to present and explain benefits in a clear and engaging manner Deliver on‑going support to union members by addressing their inquiries, assisting with benefit changes, and facilitating claims processing to ensure a seamless experience Cultivate long-term relationships with clients by periodically following up to review needs, update benefits, and address any changes in their circumstances, ensuring their continued satisfaction and trust Be able to excel both independently and as a key member of a collaborative team. Demonstrate the ability to take initiative and work autonomously while also contributing effectively to teams workshops and goals.
