Senior Master Data Governance Project Manager

Job Title

Job Overview: Pay Range: $95hr - $100hr

Responsibilities:

• Establish direction and define clear goals for specific projects. Define and communicate the path to achieving these goals.
• Develop work & resource plan for the deployment of IT solutions, identifying and managing the critical path and resource constraints.
• Participate in the definition of project development/deployment metrics.
• Create, execute, and maintain project work plans, identifying resources and assigning individual responsibilities.
• Manage project scope, risks, and issues.
• Ensure project deliverables are completed with the expected level of quality.
• Ensure appropriate communication on system changes to key stakeholders as well as the business applications team.
• Ensure the project team works together focusing on common objectives.
• Resolve team conflicts.
• Ensure the project complies with IT change management policy, company and regulatory standards, methods, and procedures.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, strong analytical skills, and ability to deal with ambiguity in a rapidly changing business environment.
• Proven ability to lead, influence and work well at all levels of an organization and in a cross functional team environment.
• Strong work ethic, self-directed and resourceful with the ability to deal with conflict and drive to resolution.
• Minimum 8 years of experience involved in leading major cross-functional business application projects.
• Experience managing SAP/ERP (or similar application) related initiatives.
• Familiarity master data governance principles and best practice processes strongly.

Preferred:

• Medical device experience is a plus.
• Certification in project management (PMP) desired.
• BS or equivalent work experience.
