Role Summary: We are seeking a hybrid Project Manager and Business Analyst to lead and execute Master Data Management (MDM) initiatives. This is a hands-on role responsible for managing end-to-end delivery while performing detailed data analysis to support future-state data capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end project management for MDM initiatives using Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Perform current-state vs future-state gap analysis and assess business impacts.
• Drive stakeholder alignment through workshops, governance forums, and executive status reporting.
• Analyze data availability, structure, and quality; translate findings into clear requirements.
• Define requirements for data integration, migration, transformation, and mapping.
• Manage and participate in data validation, testing, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

Key Skill Set (Filtering Criteria):

• Project Management (Agile / Scrum, Jira, Confluence).
• Master Data Management (MDM) and Data Governance.
• Business & Impact Analysis, requirements gathering.
• Strong SQL and Python for data analysis.
• Data profiling, data quality assessment, and KPI definition.
• Experience with analytics platforms (Snowflake, Hadoop, or Spark).
• BI tools such as Tableau, ThoughtSpot, or equivalent.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Contractor Expectations:

• Own delivery of MDM initiatives from planning through deployment.
• Work independently while collaborating across global stakeholder groups.
• Deliver on time and within budget in complex data programs.
