Perfect Holiday is a wholly owned subsidiary of Phonopia, LLC, an established import/export company that partners with manufacturers around the world to develop and distribute high-quality Christmas and seasonal products.

We offer a diverse assortment of holiday merchandise, ranging from practical essentials to decorative items, designed to meet the needs of retailers and consumers alike. Headquartered in Los Angeles, California, we proudly serve retailers, wholesalers, and distributors throughout the United States and Asia through trade shows, wholesale partnerships, and online sales channels.

We are seeking a motivated, organized, and customer-focused Sales & Customer Service Representative to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building client relationships, managing multiple priorities, and contributing to a collaborative small-business environment.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, set up, and represent the company at industry trade shows and events.
• Develop, manage, and grow wholesale customer accounts.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
• Respond professionally and knowledgeably to customer inquiries regarding products, pricing, and services.
• Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, and online communication.
• Process customer orders and assist with account management.
• Monitor market trends, competitor pricing, new product offerings, and industry developments.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to identify opportunities for business growth.
• Assist with merchandising, product promotions, and other sales initiatives as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of proven sales experience, preferably in wholesale sales.
• Previous experience in wholesale, trade shows, or customer service is required.
• Experience in merchandising and marketing is preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and work independently.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with social media and online marketing tools.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Spanish bilingual skills are a plus.
