Role Scope Lead the facilities production engineering team: hiring, priorities, delivery, and on-call health. Own the roadmap connecting site needs to engineering output, sequenced by fleet impact. Run the operating rhythm with site operators so the team builds what shifts actually need. Grow engineers across the OT/IT boundary, a skill set the market barely produces.
