This role owns the systems, processes, and reporting that keep our partner ecosystem — including Broadcom/VMware, AWS, and IBM — running smoothly, from deal registration through incentive payout. You'll work closely with Sales Ops, Sales Enablement, and Channel Account Managers to make sure partner-sourced revenue is tracked accurately, and partners have a frictionless experience working with LightedgeResponsibilitiesOwn end-to-end deal registration process: intake, approval workflows, conflict resolution, and SFDC data integrity for partner-sourced opportunitiesMaintain and improve the partner portal, ensuring content, pricing, and program materials stay currentBuild and maintain partner performance dashboards and scorecards (pipeline sourced/influenced, bookings, attainment against partner plans) for use in QBRs and board/PE reportingPartner with Sales Ops to align channel data structures, routing rules, and reporting cadences with the broader sales organizationSupport partner onboarding: agreements, systems access, training coordination with Sales EnablementServe as the operational point of contact for partner escalations related to process, systems, or program mechanicsIdentify and drive process improvements and automation opportunities across the partner lifecycleManage Partner agreement audit and move Lightedge partners to latest Lightedge agreements.Own partner tools such as Partner TAP, and partner with sales commission for partner commission inquiries.Qualifications5+ years in partner/channel operations, sales operations, or alliance management, ideally in IT infrastructure, cloud, or managed servicesStrong working knowledge of Salesforce and deal registration/PRM toolingExperience administering MDF, co-op, or partner incentive programsExcellent analytical skills — comfortable building reporting and dashboards from raw dataStrong cross-functional communication skills; able to work effectively with sales leadership, finance, and external partner contactsHighly organized, process-oriented, and comfortable owning ambiguous or undocumented workflowsPreferred QualificationsFamiliarity with VMware/Broadcom, AWS, or IBM partner programs specificallyFamiliarity with Technology Solution Distributor ecosystemExperience supporting a PE-backed or M&A-active organization where reporting rigor and data integrity are closely scrutinizedPrior experience building account plan or QBR frameworksWith over 20 years in business, LightEdge offers a full stack of best-in-class IT services delivering flexibility, security, and control.
