Inbound Sales Consultant - NC

What You'll Do As an Inbound Sales Consultant, you will be the first point of contact for individuals reaching out to Vanguard, helping them control their financial future. You will: Promote Vanguard's broad array of products and services to prospective and existing clients. Uncover and understand client needs and match them with the right Vanguard solutions. What It Takes Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience. Minimum of one‑year related work experience. Sales experience preferred. Regulatory license and/or registration (e.g., FINRA, NASAA). SIE, Series 7, and Series 66 required. SIE to be obtained no later than 14 calendar days before start date. Ability to deliver an exceptional investor experience and client relationship management. Ability to consistently drive strong sales outcomes. Ability to manage internal relationships with key business partners to complete the sale. Experience and comfort dealing with ambiguity and applying conceptual thinking. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Strong problem‑solving and time‑management skills. Comfort with phone, web, email and social media channels in which clients engage with Vanguard. Compensation Total potential compensation is $74,000–$84,000 (base salary $60,000–$70,000 plus up to a $12,500 bonus and additional hourly pay) within the first year upon obtaining required licensing and achieving performance standards.
