In this role, you’ll be at the heart of our warranty process—handling and processing claims, engaging with customers to ensure top-notch service, and working directly with manufacturers to secure approvals. You’ll also track requests, resubmit denied claims, and coordinate warranty OT and full-service deliveries. Responsibilities As a Warranty Administrator for Water Heater Division, you will have a diverse range of responsibilities, including. Customer Interaction: Engage with customers to thoroughly discuss the details of their warranty claims, set clear expectations, and provide updates throughout the process. Documentation Preparation: Accurately prepare and process all warranty documentation in compliance with manufacturer guidelines, ensuring all required information is complete and correct. Efficient Claim Submission: Submit warranty claims promptly and efficiently, utilizing best practices to minimize delays and expedite processing. Follow-Up and Communication: Proactively follow up with manufacturers to monitor the status of claims, addressing any issues that arise to ensure smooth processing. Claim Resubmission: Review any denied claims, make necessary adjustments, and resubmit them, persistently following up to secure payment for warranty work. Record Keeping and Organization: Maintain meticulous records of all ordered warranty parts, organize vendor paperwork, and ensure all documentation is easily accessible and up-to-date for auditing and reference purposes.
