About the Role

Contractor will be covering 2 teams Chakra Team: Chakra supports the technology used by company's Health clinic associates to deliver and manage clinical care. The team builds and supports clinical workflows and tools such as Facility Manager, Chart Review, Clinic Dashboard, Clinic Service APIs, associate tools, and integrations with external clinical applications. The goal is to streamline clinic operations and improve the associate and patient experience. Compliance Warriors: Compliance Warriors builds and supports pharmacy compliance, regulatory, audit, and reporting capabilities. Their work includes Controlled Substance Reporting, EPRN store reports, DEA/PPI audit processing, Power of Attorney, TLC/SyMed capabilities, the EPRN Rx Transfer Report, and the Incident Response Tool. Contractor has be ready to ease in to build relationships – replacing scrum master that has been working with both teams for a long time Part of onboarding will also include a special compliance training because it is in the Health and Wellness space Job Description An experienced servant leader and coach for a cross-functional agile team operating in complex and cross functional work across the Security, Data and Networking domain areas related to transformation to the Cloud. The Scrum Master guides and facilitates a Scrum &/or Kanban team involved in a large fast-paced program implementing complex technology for business-oriented solutions, through effective application of the agile based SDLC (Software Delivery Life Cycle) and associated ceremonies, ensuring the agreed upon agile practice is being followed. Removing impediments and fostering a high performing team with a focus on continuous improvement resulting in quality and timeliness delivery.

Qualifications

• Scrum master experience in a complex large-scale enterprise
\n
• Experience in an agile environment in other roles; such as quality assurance, development, product owner, or as an agile coach
\n
