MEP Design Lead

Position: MEP Design Lead – Business Development Support
Location: Houston, Texas, USA (Remote + Travel)

About the Role
Lead US MEP projects while supporting business development through client engagement and technical leadership.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead multidisciplinary MEP projects from design through delivery.
- Support business development, proposals, and client engagement.
- Ensure compliance with applicable US codes, standards, and regulations.
- Mentor and guide engineering teams to ensure quality project delivery.
- Promote sustainable, energy-efficient, and cost-effective design solutions.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's in Mechanical/Electrical/Architectural/Building Services.
- 10–12 years in MEP design/consultancy.
- Mandatory US project experience.
- Knowledge of IBC, IMC, IPC, NEC, NFPA and ASHRAE.
Technical Skills
- Revit MEP, AutoCAD, Navisworks, BIM 360/ACC.
- ETAP/SKM, HAP/Trace 700.
- Energy modelling and clash coordination.
Preferred Qualifications/Experience
- PE license or progress toward PE.
- LEED AP.
- Healthcare/Data Centre experience. xhyhwjd
