This is a high-impact leadership position responsible for operational direction, regulatory compliance, quality outcomes, staffing, and departmental strategy.With approximately 75 FTEs, this role is ideal for a seasoned Laboratory Supervisor or Manager ready to step into senior leadership.Position SummaryThe Laboratory Director is responsible for the planning, coordination, and supervision of all laboratory operations. This includes ensuring efficient workflows, maintaining CLIA and CAP standards, promoting a culture of safety and quality, and supporting organizational goals.
