About the Opportunity
A well-established luxury custom home builder in Fort Lauderdale is seeking an experienced Superintendent to oversee the construction of high-end custom residential projects.
This is an opportunity to join a respected, family-oriented organization known for quality craftsmanship, strong client relationships, and a hands-on approach to building exceptional homes throughout South Florida.
Responsibilities

Oversee all day-to-day field operations for luxury custom home projects
Manage subcontractors, vendors, and jobsite activities
Maintain project schedules and ensure milestones are achieved
Monitor construction quality and ensure work meets plans and specifications
Coordinate inspections and ensure compliance with local building codes
Maintain a safe, clean, and organized jobsite
Work closely with project managers, architects, designers, and homeowners
Identify and resolve construction issues in a timely manner
Manage project punch lists and final project completion

Qualifications

5+ years of Superintendent experience in custom residential construction
Luxury custom home experience strongly preferred
Strong understanding of residential building practices and construction sequencing
Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
Proven experience managing subcontractors and project schedules
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Florida construction experience preferred
Valid driver's license
