What This Role Looks Like

This position focuses on front desk operations and patient experience, helping patients feel welcomed and supported from the moment they walk through the door.

You will:

• Greet and check in patients with warmth and professionalism
• Answer phones, schedule appointments, and manage the daily schedule
• Process payments and maintain accurate patient accounts
• Assist patients with paperwork and administrative needs
• Maintain organized front desk systems and documentation
• Help keep the office running smoothly throughout the day
• Communicate clearly with doctors and staff to support office flow
• Create a positive, friendly atmosphere for patients and team members

• Experience in a medical or chiropractic office is helpful but not required
• EHR/EMR experience is a plus

• Spanish-speaking or ASL
• Experience in customer service or medical office administration
• Interest in helping with patient communication or light marketing tasks

Important Details

• Full-time position
